Section 1
Promotions to positions within the unit, including those resulting from facility classification changes, increases in Facility Pay Level(s), employee transfers, and developmental pay progressions, shall be effective the next calendar day after the employee becomes fully eligible.
Section 2
When an employee becomes entitled to two (2) or more pay changes at the same time, the changes shall be effected in the order that gives him/her the maximum benefit.
