WAIVER OF OVERPAYMENTS

Article 110

Section 1

The Agency agrees to comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) as required by 38 USC Chapter 43.

Section 2

The Agency shall post the provisions of USERRA in all facilities.
