PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made by and between the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, AFL-CIO (hereinafter "the Union"), and the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation (hereinafter "the Agency"). The Union and the Agency are referred to collectively herein as "the Parties."
